Hello and welcome to St Mary’s, Wavendon. If your child is to join us for the very first time we welcome you, and look forward to a happy and supportive partnership over the coming years. If you already have a child, or children, here then we endeavour to maintain and further develop our links with you.

We aim to keep you fully informed of school life, and hope you will build strong relationships at St Mary's as part of our school and local community. We value the opinions and skills of all those in our community at St Mary's, and are very proud of our open door approach.  We invite you to take advantage of the many opportunities on offer where you are warmly welcomed into our school. It is important to build strong relationships, trust and a shared understanding of our responsibilities between home, school and our local and wider community for the benefit of all our pupils.

We believe that St Mary’s School offers wonderful and varied learning experiences, as can be seen in our web site, and recognised in our SIAMS report and 2018 Ofsted report; however we always strive to further improve and ensure that expectations remain high. Please look to our Children section and subsection called 'curriculum' to find out more about our learning curriculum across the school. 

The best way of learning about us is to come and see us in action. Parents and prospective parents are always welcome into the school.
